Francisca Fierro Becker
Francisca graduated with a degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Chile. Her interest in early childhood and multiculturalism led her to conduct research on this issue and work in Intercultural Bilingual Kindergarten programs. As a commitment to diversity and peace education, she studied the Montessori method in the Center for Educational Research and Montessori Studies (CEIEM). She received a Masters in Education with a specialization in School Curriculum at the Catholic University of Chile. Francisca then worked in Early Childhood Centers in Haiti, a project of the Chilean International Cooperation Agency and the American Solidarity Foundation. Before joining the DREAM Project, she worked as a support professional for the Chilean government as part of the National Education Agency at the Integra Foundation.
