The word Ambassador has roots in ancient history, it comes from the Medieval Latin word ambactia, meaning mission. A more contemporary definition would be, “A diplomatic official of the highest rank appointed as representative by one government to another” We agree that our Ambassadors are a representative, but not of a foreign government. We define our Ambassadors as representatives of the DREAM Project, those reaching out and having the most profound affect on the children we are trying to educate.

Our Ambassador category is a level of partnership that has been reserved for exceptional companies in the business world. These companies of excellence, many of which do business in Dominican Republic or with Dominican clients, have enhanced their role as corporate citizens by joining the DREAM Project to improve the quality of life of disadvantaged children in the Dominican Republic.

The DREAM Project’s main goal is to serve our community’s children as a guide of sorts, as a leader, an educator that helps those in need. We have reserved this category for those who truly feel the responsibility to give back. Our Ambassadors have the ability to dramatically transform DREAM’s influence and make a lasting difference in the communities we work in. As a direct result of their selfless contributions, we are able to aggressively branch out and make changes sooner rather than later.
