DREAM Partners make sure giving back is part of their everyday business and vision
More than 150 guests gathered at the 8th Annual DREAM Holiday Brunch
Velero Beach Resort, Cabarete, Puerto Plata, DR - Last Sunday, the 8th Annual DREAM Holiday Brunch was held at Velero Beach Resort and brought together the Cabarete community, local entrepreneurs and philanthropists from North Coast to give back to the community. Family, friends and fun. The guests enjoyed a delicious brunch, spectacular sounds from DJ Kitrinos and DJ Natali Satin, as well as fun activities and games for all.
The event was sponsored by five leading DR companies, with a special focus on giving back: Andari Spa, Cultura Viva, L'Agence Real Estate, Laguna City and Realtor DR. By sponsoring the event, each of the entrepreneurs helped boost the impact of DREAM's educational programs, providing education-based resources for more than 2,000 local youth and their families.
Jon Wunderlich, Director of Development at the DREAM Project, said: "I feel so happy and proud to watch the Cabarete community come together to support education in the Dominican Republic. We need this kind of proactive partnership to educate our children and youth... and of course to welcome and highlight the holiday season—giving back to the community! This is the legacy we want to leave our children."
